BE WITH WHAT YOU FEEL

Be with what you feel.

Whatever it is. Let yourself feel it.

Your feelings carry truth.

Don't push your feelings away. Feel them.

Breathe into them.

Remember, you are safe.
You are loved.
You are supported.

Feel your feelings. Elevate your thoughts.

ALL IS WELL.

Soon, life will take on a magical flow.

Breathe in and out as you ask and receive

Take a breath. Breathe in and breathe out.

Then speak these words silently to yourself:

"I am worthy of asking and receiving what I love with ease and joy."

Breathe this in and breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out. Three times is a good start.

Notice how these words feel in your body. Do they settle easily on your heart and in your mind? Do they feel good? Or is there some sort of tension or discomfort?Notice where you feel an energy of discomfort or tension. Is it in your head? Is it in your throat? Is it in your solar plexus? Is it in your legs?

Breathe into that tension and thru it gently. Breathe in and breathe out.

Accept where you are and how things feel to you in the moment. Breathe.

"I love and accept myself completely, exactly as I am."....or my favorite..."I am willing to be willing to love and accept myself completely exactly as I am." Sometimes we need a little willingness...a little willingness goes a long way.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Make breathing a regular practice.

We can all use more breath....and connection to the safety and love and joy and freedom and abundance of our own breath.

PRACTICE GIVING AND RECEIVING

Sometimes on the journey to receive we discover that we are not so good at receiving.

Receiving is a place of vulnerability. Giving is a place of safety - we get to decide what we give and when we give and how we give and to whom we give. But receiving opens us to the unknown. It brings up our worst fears and sometimes are greatest wounds and disappointments.


Will we receive what we love? Are we really seen? Does anyone really know us? Have they taken the time to care about who we are and what we love? Have we taken the time to give ourselves what we love and care about? Have we shown ourselves to others? Or are we still in hiding?

Opening to Receive with JOY is a practice...expanding the boundaries of our allowing...opening to receive...means often confronting the places in ourselves where we have been afraid..where we have felt overlooked, or disregarded, forgotten....and where we have first overlooked and disregarded and forgotten ourselves. Because everything is a mirror of us. If we are not receiving, we are not giving to ourselves or others. Where we hold back, the universe holds back. When we give with love, appreciation and gratitude, the universe gives to us with love, appreciation and gratitude. And receiving depends on giving to ourselves and others.

Give yourself something you love today. Discover something new to give to yourself and enjoy the pleasure of receiving your own love. Then go out and give to someone else. A smile, a kind word, a flower, lunch, a tithe, a gift, a surprise. Something. Anything ....anything given in love will come back in the spirit in which it is given. Make giving and receiving a practice. A practice that becomes so second nature that you become a fearless giver and receiver....and then watch the magic bloom in your life.

THE UNIVERSE SPEAKS IN BLESSINGS & GRATITUDE

I am thankful for all the reminders life brings ~~

Yesterday, driving on the Pacific Coast Highway, a car with the license plate:

"SO BLEST."

Then leaving my cousin's home after lunch, the car parked ahead of me had the license plate:

"GR88FLL"

God is brilliant.

GOD IS MY MARKETING GURU....

I have been stymied the last year or more on marketing. Assailed by one marketing program or another, I have run myself ragged in circles of discontent trying to figure out what feels right for me. And none of it has felt right. I have 'tried' to do what others do or what others recommend, but none of it, none of it has felt right to me. All that to-ing and fro-ing kept me up nights, worrying, judging myself.

Then, I talked to a mentor of mine and I hashed it out with God.

And then suddenly, one day, it dawned on me:

GOD is my marketing guru! and GRACE is my affiliate program!!

Ever since that dawned on me, I have been breathing a sigh of relief! Ah, freedom!

And I have renewed energy and desire for my work. I am back in alignment with why I started doing this in the first place.

My desire to serve, my love for life, my love for giving, sharing, and supporting people, myself, and of course, ~~ GOD.

CULTIVATE AN EVOLUTIONARY PROSPERITY CONSCIOUSNESS: FLOW, GROW, CREATE FROM THE HEART!

Circumstances in the world and in our lives are calling to us: Evolve!

We are being urged forward, propelled by an evolutionary impulse that is expansive and transformational in its intent. Open! Share! Let Go! Forgive! Flow! Grow! Create! Participate! Receive! We cannot hold onto the status quo, shut down our hearts and our dreams and cleave to fear. Have you noticed, that isn’t working?

Look at the word ‘Evolve’ – inside it are the letters L o v e spelled backwards! What else but love could push us to do this fierce work – and throw us backward like a rag doll over old territory only to be tossed over the rainbow before we feel ready?

Flow, Grow, Create …we are learning how to move with the moment, to expand our flexibility, our trust, our delight, our ability to create our lives in partnership with the Divine…to take all the principles we know to be true and give them extra elasticity, less rigidity.

We are living in evolutionary times – and they are not for sissies! There are growing pains on this journey! It is not easy. It can be scary. But it is necessary and like a cosmic bulldozer parked on our lawn, its engines are revving.

I ask you: What in you is being called to grow? To change? To release, let go and surrender? What do you long for and desire? What quality of being are you being called to develop, to strengthen in order to receive your desires? What in you is being awakened? What feelings are asking to be healed? Where are you holding back, where might you give? How are you not trusting, where could you trust more? How could you demonstrate your faith in the abundance of the universe? How could you participate with more joy? Whom have you not forgiven? How could you love yourself more?

It takes courage and boldness to stay open, to remain attuned to your desires and dreams and to have faith in the ultimate wisdom of the Divine and in your own Divine destiny. One thing is certain, you are here by Divine Appointment – and all the answers you seek will be found in the adventures of your own journey and in the revelations of your own heart. Persist. Trust. Believe. Ask. Forgive. Receive!” Christiane Schull
