Have you ever felt more challenged (aka 'inspired') to step UP and become what you are here to become?
Have you ever believed more passionately in what you do?
Are these times not a gift of GRAND proportions?
Is this so-called 'lack' of financial resources (if this is your challenge) not calling on you to access the great bounty in you, that is YOU? Is this so called 'lack' not calling on you to become CREATIVE with who you are and what you've got?
Think of it this way: The old ways are leaving us - they seem to be dissolving all around us. Have you noticed? Inside and outside of us -- the old ways no longer work. They don't have the same sheen or shine to them and they don't offer what they once did. We can no longer rely upon what we used to rely upon. We must forge new paths, call upon ourselves in new and higher ways. We are all being ramped up...to take on...our own God-Calling. We are being invited to manifest the Glory of God - of the Divine - that is within us. It is within all of us....but how and what we manifest...well, that is up to us. Each one of us is here to express something different, to give and share our unique gifts with the world. It is time.
Whatever you are going through has a perfection to it and it is calling you to grow beyond the old, to step into your power and contribute at a higher level than ever before.
What you have the world needs. And what your friends have, the world needs. Write that script. Write that book. Patent that invention. Design that house. Contribute to that charity. Expand that business. Start that business. Give more, share more. Say Yes to Love. Open your heart. Forgive the past. Forgive yourself. Ask for more. Ask big. Help someone out. Make a break for the blue yonder. Make a difference. Volunteer for Meals-on-Wheels. Start a food-bank at your church.
Whatever it is, do it. Do it. Do it with love, appreciation and gratitude. When God calls, take action. God speed & God Bless.

Celebrating The Gardens of Pearl Fryar!
I say run don't walk to your local movie rental store and pick up the charming documentary film, 'A Man named Pearl'. Pearl Fryar is the son of sharecropper who turned a life of hardship into a literal garden of delight and put the small town of Bishopville, South Carolina on the map. He is a model of what is possible when you give your life to God, overlook the ignorance or prejudice of others, see the beauty in what others throw away , believe that obstacles are in your path for good reasons, and give your all to what you love.

Circulate the most abundant, magnetic currency - LOVE!!
When you circulate your LOVE in the world, when you are focused on what you have to give in a moment to moment sort of way, you will always be in the flow of abundance. Giving is receiving. When you are not receiving, ask yourself, 'where could I be giving more? To whom could I give? How could I invest in my dreams? How could I serve?' Sometimes the receiving channel is blocked because we have not been giving enough to ourselves. We give and give to the world -- but are skimpy in giving to ourselves. How could you be taking better care of yourself? How could you nurture yourself more? Spa, anyone? Yoga?
When you are focused on 'getting' or 'having', you are in contraction and probably, in a state of fear. When you are focused on what you have 'to give', you are focused on the state of abundance you are. Giving always connects you to receiving - to give is to receive -- and it is so much more fun than waiting around, tapping your toe, waiting 'to get'. The universe responds to loving, generous hearts. When you are in the flow of giving, you will always receive abundantly.
The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi, pictured here, is a beautiful example of ever-flowing abundance. Surrounded by gifts and delicious pleasures, gold coins spilling from her hands onto and into the lotus flower on which she is seated, she is the symbol of true prosperity and abundance. She has more than enough in her hands and around her, and is in a state of relaxed, open, contented beingness. That's abundance. Feeling abundant as you are -- and responding to every opportunity to give lovingly, generously, abundantly.

CULTIVATE AN EVOLUTIONARY HEART IN 2009!
Circumstances in the world and in our lives are calling to us: EVOLVE. We are being urged forward, propelled by an evolutionary impulse that will not be silenced.
As I contemplated the word ‘evolve’, I noticed that hidden in the first four letters of this word, is the word love spelled backwards. Love, of course! What else but LOVE could do this fierce work. We are in evolutionary times-- and it's not for sissies! There are growing pains in this journey! It is not easy. It is scary. But it is necessary and like a cosmic bulldozer parked on your lawn, the engines are revving. What in you is being called to grow? To change? To release and let go and surrender? What quality of being are you being called to develop, to strengthen? What in you is being called to awaken? Are you holding on kicking and screaming? Or might you be willing to trust that what is being let go is opening you to so much more? God knows, I am going through this now. It is difficult - and I am receiving glimmers of deep hope, expectancy, beauty, love and joy and a delightful sense that adventure awaits!
The Heart is the driving force of this evolutionary call – both on the personal and collective fronts. The mind likes to think of itself as King, but as I learned years ago from Howard Wills (www.howardwills.com), the heart is King. It is how things feel that matters most. If something feels good, it is good. If it doesn’t, it isn’t for you. What is falling away or being taken away or changing so rapidly we can barely keep up is the call of something deep and powerful within us. The heart is being called to present itself at this gate of change. It is as though we get a split second to decide whether something stays or whether it goes. The heart is making that call in its irresistibly simple, pure as a crystal bell kind of way. It descends like a gentle breeze of sunlight over our senses. It settles in like a knowing that has always been there. It feels right or it doesn’t. You can almost hear your soul sigh. And have you noticed, there is no one really to consult about it? The counsel of your own heart is King.
It is perfect that this should be happening in 2009 because, in numerology, 2009 is an ‘11’ year (2+0+0+9 =11). ‘11’ is a number of high vibrational frequency and a MASTER number. It is a number that speaks to Love, building community, and service and to experiences of magic, power and transformation. The other day as I was sitting talking to a friend, these words came to me: 'say Yes to what God brings you '. Even if it looks like loss, or impossible change, embrace it. I am learning this. I have had my heart cracked open - wide open - and while it has been painful, terribly painful, I am slowly, slowly receiving the gift. The gift of being in my heart like never before. It feels like a benediction from on high, a blessing, a flowering, a blossoming.
If you are here -- like me -- in a place of letting go, know the Divine is calling you to grow, calling you to make way for something even more beautiful. Love, appreciate, be grateful for all as it is and what comes to you will vibrate at this highest of frequencies.
The Divine always surprises and loves us more than we can possibly know! Our work is to open open open our hearts, as Howard Wills teaches and allow and receive, to have faith and trust.... and.... Expect to be delighted!

From 2008 and the Year of New Beginnings to 2009 and the Year of the Heart!
The Holiday Season is upon us ...and we are coming to the close of 2008. 2008 was a ‘1’ (2+8=10=1+0=1) year of ‘New Beginnings’ as I wrote at the start of last year on this blog (January 2nd/2008). It was a year of letting go, of completions, new starts, shedding of old patterns and habits, looking at fear and letting it go, a year of expansion, clarity, integrity, truth and freedom. I am touched by all the changes in my life, all the growth, all the new awareness I have gained. I am moved by where I am in my own heart now – freed from old emotional shackles, self-doubt and judgment — a place I could not have conceived of and a journey I did not know I would take at the start of 2008. I am mostly humbled by my greater ability to navigate the tides of ‘not knowing what is next’.
I have learned from the magnificent Howard Wills* to speak a simple daily prayer: ‘God, Lead me, guide me, direct me.’ And, from my friend and healer Jin Quan*, to live ‘ in the wonder of uncertainty.’ And from the brilliant healer and protégé of Howard Wills, Laurie Goldstein*, to free myself of old energetic patterns and be far far far more compassionate to myself and others.
I am moved by all the ways I am reaching out to others more and sharing my experience with strangers. I do not have to walk this ground, alone. I know I know nothing and that I am here to learn everything. As I wrote a few months ago on my blog, I am on a need-to-know basis with the universe. When I need to know something, the universe lets me know. It is in the unknown — the sea of Infinite Possibility – that the magic of our destiny lies.
I am touched by the changes on the political scene, joyous about the arrival of the eloquent humanity of President-Elect Barack Obama and of all the changes on the economic scene that are causing us all to come together into pools of love, unity, sharing, support – and creativity - like never before. We are being called to be who we have come here to be — fully creatively expressed, now, without delay. I hear the voice of an ancient wise one ringing in my ears, ‘it is time, Child, it is time.’
And so, I have actually begun to call the so-called ‘Recession’ -- the ‘Expression’ -- a powerful opportunity to express who we really are and to choose big Creative dreams that pull us forward, grow us beyond our comfort zones (yeah baby!) and allow us to acknowledge our fears – breathe -and move through them anyway. Fears are just desires disguised, remember that. In the hero’s journey, every great life or story, has a great adversary or opponent. Our greatest adversary is often our greatest ally — because of how it causes us to grow and evolve.
We are here at the threshold of 2009 —- the year that some are calling, The Year of the Heart - and it is truly a new day. May it be a year of celebration as we all learn to step out into our full creative power and manifest our highest intentions. I am excited for us all. I recently returned from a trip to London, England – my birthplace – and I have to say it was an awakening. London — in the midst of one of the greatest economic downturns – is a city of great expansive energy, joy and opportunity. Yes, there are many people who speak fearfully — but I saw and felt only opportunity.
You can read of my adventures in London on this blog . I led The Prosperity Circle in London to great success — a great joy and a dream come true. It has been my dream for many years to be in London and bring my work there. I will be back there in the New Year — with bells on! I have many creative plans for 2009 — and much to share.
Upcoming Events: I will be speaking to First Tuesday (LA) women’s group on the evening of January 6th on the Power of Breathwork and on Cultivating a Prosperity Consciousness; I will be leading The Prosperity Circle at Agape in Culver City on Sat evening January 10th, 2009 for the LGBT group and The Prosperity Circle at a private home on the Westside (LA) on January 13th (7:30pm). I will also be leading a day long workshop in early January on Completing the Past and Launching Your Creative Life in 2009 and I will also be re-launching ‘Create Your New Love Story workshop’ — please stay tuned. I will be in Toronto, Canada from Dec 21st through 31st and will be available for personal coaching and rebirthing sessions and The Prosperity Circle.
I have launched – in partnership with The Garden – a new gathering called ‘Inspirational Lives, Inspirational Stories’ , designed to feature and celebrate anyone with an inspirational story to tell of triumph over adversity and contribution on a local or global level. If you are an author or speaker with an amazing story to share – please contact me. Our launching event was on Sunday Dec 14th and featured the motivational speaker and producer-storyteller, Fauna Hodel (www.onedayshelldarken.com) and her fascinating story. As I meditated this morning, my eyes fell on the beautiful words of one of my favorite writers, Daphne Rose Kingma. I believe her words are a perfect reminder of the truth — that the best comes to us in life when we stay open and’ AVAILABLE to the MYSTERY’. I share her words with you in the hope that you receive all the gifts you dream of, and all the unexpected gifts of good fortune the universe longs to give you as you open your heart....and make yourself available to the mystery......! Yes! Yes! Yes! Love! Love! Love!

‘BE AVAILABLE TO THE MYSTERY’

To be available to the mystery means that you are open, expectant, waiting – continually poised on tiptoe, prepared to be illumined – not locked in your own
expectations of how you think it should happen. In life and in love, this means living free, with your mind set loose from its gears, not
endlessly chattering inside, ‘but it has to be this way’ or ‘I thought it was going to be that way.’ Our own ideas, those tidy little constructions of the intellect and psyche, just serve to limit our
reality, shut down the possibilities, create a universe only as rarified as the busy minds that invent it…..
